TINYSURF SIL 60 is oil in water of PDMS using Non Ionic Emulsifiers. They have excellent stability. In mfg. of Rubber, Plastics & Metal parts, the quick clean and proper release of product from the mould is important. TINYSURF SIl 60 forms a film of low adhesion, thereby preventing adhesion of moulded material.

TINYSURF SIL 30 is oil in water of PDMS using Non Ionic Emulsifiers. It provides excellent gloss and water repellency. It is an excellent mould release agent for rubber, plastic and metal parts. It forms a film of low adhesion.
