TINYFOAM ACC 62 is a non silicone defoamer in powder form. It is used for a gas-cut mud, plaster compositions, joint compounds, dry mix adhesives, oil & gas exploration, cement patching and underlying compositions. We also offer this adhesive to the clients at cost-effective rates.

Applications and typical treat level recommended:

• TINYFOAM ACC 62 can be easily added / blended into all components of dry mix formulations. Recommended level of addition is approx. 0.1% to 0.4% of total weight.

Benefits:

• TINYFOAM ACC 62 is specially designed for those products that have been modified with polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, casein, soya protein, wheat flour, dextrin and similar materials.
• Dry mixes containing TINYFOAM ACC 62 wet out faster and more uniformly. Air bubbles that cause problems in pumping, trowelling and obtaining a complete cavity fill, are not trapped in the wet mixture. It also prevents excessive shrinkage, porosity and weakness of set material.
• TINYFOAM ACC 62 acts as an ideal de-gassing additive in oil well drilling and gas-cut mud process.

D’foam ap 9l may also be distributed with an oil dilution system and or with a special metering system for automatic dosing in any system, which means the product will be automatically added only when needed. Benefits d’foam ap 9l is a 99. 9% active product and performs tremendously in controlling foam generation in coating systems based on synthetic latex emulsion. It extends excellent brushability and does not cause fish eyes, thereby not affecting the finished product.

Apply the product in its natural state by aspersion or by dosing pump and adjust the initial dosage according to the requirements.
D’FOAM EM 0508 may also be distributed with a water dilution system and or with a special metering system for automatic dosing into the system. However, low concentrated dilutions should be used immediately.
