TINYFOAM GL 520 is a specialist multi-purpose antifoam formulation for sugar process and fermentation of molasses into alcohol. It replaces the use of conventional chemicals such as Turkey Red Oil (TRO – Sulfonated Castor Oil – TFM ranging from 40% to 60%) and is consumed at a dosage rate that is 1/5th to
1/3rd of TRO. A Proprietary blend of fatty acids, esters and polyalkylene glycols.

Recommended pre-dilution of upto 1:10 with water. For pre-dilution, add water to TINYFOAM GL 520 but not visa versa.
Apply the diluted product by aspersion or by dosing pump and adjust the initial dosage according to the requirements.
TINYFOAM GL 520 may also be distributed with a water dilution system and or with a special metering system for automatic dosing in any given application, which means product will automatically be added only when needed.
