Product Details:

TINYFOAM BIL 75 is a versatile antifoam formulation for pulping, brown-stock washing,paper machine, waste-water treatment and various general chemical processing applications. A Blend of Glycols, fatty acids, vegetable & petroleum wax and other surface active components.

Dosage:

• Exact dosage can only be arrived at by conducting plant scale trials.

Pre-Dilution:

• TINYFOAM BIL 75 can be pre-diluted up-to 1:5 with water (water should be added to D’FOAM BIL 75 ( but not vice versa.) .
• TINYFOAM BIL 75 may also be distributed with a water dilution system and or with a special metering system for automatic dosing in any system, which means product will automatically added only when needed.

Product Details:

TINYFOAM BIL 0353 is a revolutionary antifoam formulation for Brown stock washing It is silicone-based and imparts superior "foam knock-down" effect at low dosage level. It is used in multiple applications such as Industrial cleaning, waste water – treatment , Gas Sweetening and Gas drying .A Proprietary blend of polydimethylsiloxane , silicone Glycol and other surface active components.

TINYFOAM BIL 0353 may be pre-diluted by adding water into it in a pre-mixing vessel. Caution: Do not add TINYFOAM BIL 0353 into water. Apply the product in its natural state by aspersion or by dosing pump and adjust the initial dosage according to the requirements.

Product Details:

D’FOAM BIL 5048 is a water-dispersible defoamer for paper coating. It also performs as a de-aerator by bursting bubbles of entrained air in the coating media. A Blend of vegetable oils, petroleum wax and glycols.

It is recommended to use a 20% dispersion of D’FOAM BIL 5048 for easy handling. A homogeneous dispersion can be prepared by gradually adding water, giving gentle but continued stirring.

• D’FOAM BIL 5048 is a 50% active product and performs tremendously in controlling foam generation and in removal of entrained air in coating systems.
• It efficiently performs de-aeration function by bursting bubbles of entrained air in the coating media.

TINYFOAM BIL 1098 is a versatile antifoam formulation for pulping and paper Making and Leather industry. It is a very effective paper stock deaerator. It is suitable for multiple applications such as waste water treatment, oil drilling etc. It is recommended to treat aqueous foam problems.
It is an emulsion of organic hydroxy compounds, fatty acid esters and surfactants.

TINYFOAM BIL 1098 is a revolutionary antifoam formulation dedicated for paper making. A Proprietary blend of fatty alcohols, fatty acid esters and non-ionic surfactants and is free from mineral oil and wax content.

Apply the product in its natural state by aspersion or by dosing pump and adjust the initial dosage according to the requirements. TINYFOAM BIL 1098 may also be distributed with a water dilution system and or with a special metering system for automatic dosing in the fermentation, which means product will automatically added only when needed.
