TINYFOAM GL 730 is a non silicone, glycol based organic defoamer especially formulated for sugar and distilleries. It performs exceedingly well to control foams in all types of fermentation processes.

Applications and typical treat level recommended:

• Apply the product in its natural state by aspersion or by dosing pump and adjust the initial dosage according to the requirements.
• TINYFOAM GL 730 may also be distributed with a special metering system for automatic dosing in the fermentation, which means product will be automatically added only when needed.

• TINYFOAM GL 730 is a 30% active product and shows excellent performance in the control of foams and improves the flow and reduces viscosity of the medium.
• TINYFOAM GL 730 is very effective from low temperatures of + 5 ºC to temperatures of around 90 ºC.

TINYFOAM GL 520 is a specialist multi-purpose antifoam formulation for sugar process and fermentation of molasses into alcohol. It replaces the use of conventional chemicals such as Turkey Red Oil (TRO – Sulfonated Castor Oil – TFM ranging from 40% to 60%) and is consumed at a dosage rate that is 1/5th to 1/3rd of TRO.

Combination of polyalkyleneglycols and fatty acid esters.

Apply the product in its natural state by aspersion or by dosing pump and adjust the initial dosage according to the requirements. TINYFOAM GL 8764 may also be added through a water dilution system and or with a special metering system for automatic dosing in the fermentation, which means product will automatically added only when needed.
